There is a minimum order

The customer must inform the Retailer that you have the Grand Discount Card immediately prior to the point of purchase (e.g. at the till).

Retailers reserve the right to refuse the Grand Discount Card and the application of any discount for some or all of their goods at their absolute discretion.
